We are asking that all fees be paid in US funds and all
check and money orders be payable through a US bank. There
are Canadian money order services that pay US funds through
US banks; we received several such money orders for the
conference in the past.
Please note that Canadian Postal Money Orders are not payable through a US bank, even if denominated in US dollars. They must be cleared through
an intenational clearing house for a substantial fee.
All conference attendees, including vendors and presenters, must register.
