Beadwork Contests

On Saturday there will be contests judged by registered conference participants, with cash prizes in each class, six altogether.

There are two divisions. Division A is for pieces made by the person entering it in the competition. Division B is for pieces collected by the entrant. There are three classes in each division.

Each person registered for the conference will be issued 10 voting tokens, which they assign to entries in any way they choose. The piece in each of the six classes that receives the most votes wins the prize for that class. The piece with the highest vote overall receives the Kathy Mitchell Memorial Best of Show prize.

There are six prizes of $50 each and a $100 Kathy Mitchell Best of Show prize.

Division A: Beadwork made by entrant
1. Pieces showing one or more birds
2. Pieces with domesticated animals
3. Pieces with native/exotic animals
Division B: Beadwork from entrant's collection
1. Pieces showing one or more birds
2. Pieces with domesticated animals
3. Pieces with native/exotic animals

Save time at conference registration and print an entry form for each piece you intend to enter. Note that entry numbers will be assigned at the conference when the piece is submitted. Entry forms will be available at the conference and can be completed there.
