We are asking that all fees be paid in US funds and all
check and money orders be payable through a US bank. There
are Canadian money order services that pay US funds through
US banks; we received several such money orders for the
conference in 2009.
A conference attendees, including vendors and presenters, must register.
Pre-registration is required (See Registration
Form):
$20 for both Saturday and Sunday
$15 for one day only
Paper Presenters: The deadline for paper proposals has passed.
